Lifco acquires Norwegian Elit AS

Lifco’s subsidiary Cenika has signed an agreement to acquire Norwegian Elit AS, a wholesaler of equipment for electric installations and power generation.  

The operation was founded in 1997 and is located in Gjerdrum, Norway. In 2016, Elit reported net sales of approximately 38 MNOK. The company employs ten people and will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Construction Material.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
