A Company, founded by a Cambridge based lawyer, has just launched a national multi-media directory for the legal sector.
Warren Smith, a family man from Godmanchester founded LawPlayer, a full services marketing Company specialising in digital services to the legal sector.
Warren recognised a need in the market after the introduction of Alternative Business Structures (ABS) that presents a threat to the High Street Legal Practice. Warren believes strongly that solicitors should be able to remain independent, to retain their identity and remain a local, non corporate resource to the community they have always served.
Additionally the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) identified that there is a lack of knowledge and understanding of the legal profession in general. This lack of knowledge leads to mistrust and deters the end user from using the profession to its full potential.
The directory AccessSolicitor.com provides a free service to high street consumers and businesses, an independent directory of legal services for individual solicitors and lawyers nationwide.
The new service provides a shop window of local, legal resources and information including help and guidance on how to choose legal services.
