    Lindab has today published the Annual report and Sustainability report for 2023 in Swedish and English.This year's annual report outlines Lindab's plans until 2027, when the target is 20 billion in sales with at least a 10 percent operating margin.     Lindab acquires the German ventilation distributor TGA KlimaPartner

    Lindab expands its presence in Germany with the acquisition of the business of TGA KlimaPartner. With the acquisition, Lindab strengthens its sales and distribution in northern Germany.TGA KlimaPartner is a well-established distributor of ventilation and indoor climate products with a strong local presence in northern Germany.     Lindab delivers ventilation system in fossil-free steel to Castellum

    Lindab and Castellum are collaborating on duct systems in fossil-free steel for a renovation project in Stockholm, Sweden. Lindab is the first ventilation company in the world to receive a pilot delivery of fossil-free steel from SSAB. Castellum is significantly reducing the project's climate impact by choosing fossil-free ventilation ducts for its refurbishing.The majority of Castellum's climate impact comes from construction projects.     Lindab reported its highest fourth quarter ever in terms of sales. Both the operating margin and cash flow improved compared to the corresponding period previous year.     Lindab delivers the world's first ventilation ducts in fossil-free steel to a construction project in Lund, Sweden

    Lindab will deliver the world's first ventilation ducts in fossil-free steel to an innovative construction project in Lund, Sweden. The real estate company Vectura is developing and managing the project, and Skanska handles the construction. The aim is for the property to be LEED Gold certified.The fossil-free steel comes from SSAB and is produced using the HYBRIT® technology. As one of few suppliers, Lindab has received a test delivery, which makes it possible to deliver products several years before the planned regular production of fossil-free steel, which is expected to begin in 2026.

    Lindab acquires Vicon, the leading US manufacturer of rectangular ventilation duct machinery.     Lindab reported its highest third quarter in terms of sales. Ventilation Systems increased sales due to completed acquisitions. For Profile Systems, the demand has stabilised. The operating margin has gradually improved during the year and exceeded 10 percent for the Group and for both business areas.     Lindab launches ventilation products in recycled steel with 62 percent lower climate impact

    Lindab takes another step towards reducing the climate impact of its products by extending the standard product range with ventilation ducts in recycled steel. Recycled steel and fossil-free steel are the two materials that Lindab has chosen to reduce both its own and its customers' CO\2\ emissions.
