LINK – CHANGES IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Oslo, 9 April 2014. Reference is made to the announcement regarding Staff Finans AS’ sale of its shares in Link Mobility Group ASA (“Link Mobility” or the “Company”). Torkjell Nilsen, who is the investment director of Staff Finans AS and a member of the Board of Directors of Link Mobility, has today informed the Company that he will step down from the Board of Directors following today’s share sale by Staff Finans AS in order to focus on other tasks.
