Linné Group general meeting approves name change to Cell Network AB On November 9, 1999, an extraordinary general meeting of Linné Group shareholders approved a proposal to change the name of Linné Group AB to Cell Network AB. Olof Stenhammar, founder and chairman of the OM Group and chairman of Stockholm's OM Exchange, was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Meeting approved a proposal by the Board of Directors for a new issue of debentures with detachable warrants intended to facilitate a future options program for all company employees. The Company will issue warrants to Group employees, as well as to the wholly owned subsidiary Caroline AB for subsequent sale to Linné Group employees. The Company's share capital may thus be increased by at most SEK 1,000,000 through the issue of at most 1,000,000 shares, corresponding to about 5.2% of the share capital, including full conversion of outstanding warrants.
