Shares of UAB Visagino Atomine Elektrine transferred to the Ministry of Economy

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-09-28 07:56 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In implementing
the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 4 July 2012, 
4 067 163 632 ordinarily nominal uncertificated shares of UAB Visagino Atomine
Elektrine, held by the state and managed by the right of trust by the Ministry
of Energy up-to-date, were transferred to the Ministry of Economy on 27
September 2012. The par value of each share is 1 litas and each share carries
100 % right of votes in the general meeting of shareholders of UAB Visagino
Atomine Elektrine. 

Currently, UAB Visagino Atomine Elektrine holds 97.5% of LITGRID AB shares.
