Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement to acquire the property Ferdinand 9 in Spånga, Stockholm municipality. The property, located between Bromstensvägen and the Mälaren Line, comprises about 18,500 square meters of gross habitable area. Around 200 residences and a grocery store are planned.

The vendor is KF Fastigheter and the deal is conditional upon the zoning plans coming into force, which is expected in autumn 2018.

The property is in an area undergoing major changes. The area around the property is an old industrial zone which is now being transformed into a mixed town with housing, offices, shops and other services. The property is close to commuter railway and bus services.

Wigge & Partners is the legal adviser to Magnolia Bostad.
