Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association Brings Legends for Youth Baseball Clinic Series to Mexico

Free youth baseball clinic to feature Narciso Elvira, Vicente Palacios and Roberto Mejia

Colorado Springs, Colo. – Mexican youth will have an opportunity to play with their big league heroes at the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) Legends for Youth baseball clinic series. The free clinics will feature* MLB veterans Narciso Elvira, Vicente Palacios and Roberto Mejia who will teach baseball skills, drills and life lessons to local youth. These three players combine for 13 seasons and 161 games in Major League Baseball. The clinics and autograph sessions will occur from Friday, November 9th through Sunday, November 11th, as listed below.

The clinics will take place at various locations across the country. Clinicians will train at different instructional stations for local youth ages 6 – 16. The clinics will conclude with an autograph session for children in attendance.

Full Clinic Schedule (All times listed in Eastern Standard Time):

  • Friday, November 9: Legends for Youth Clinic in Cancun held at Estadio Beto Avila, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Saturday, November 10: Legends for Youth Clinic in Cancun held at Estadio Beto Avila, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Sunday, November 11: Legends for Youth Clinic in Cancun held at Estadio Beto Avila, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
