Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association Brings Swing with the Legends Golf Classic to Loveland, OH

Event to feature Walt Terrell, Ed Whitson and other former MLB players

Colorado Springs, Colo. – The Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association will host a Swing with the Legends celebrity golf tournament featuring former Detroit Tigers, Cincinnati Reds, All-Stars and other baseball alumni. The golf tournament will take place on Monday, June 20th, 2016, with proceeds benefitting the Character and Courage Foundation and Jack’s Place for Autism. 

Alumni players attending* the event include former All-Star Ed Whitson, 11-year MLB veteran Walt Terrell, as well as Leo Foster, Larry Luebbers, Chris Nichting, Fred Scherman, Jeff Tabaka, Jon Warden and Kip Young. 

The golf event will take place at the Oasis Country Club, located at 902 Loveland Miamiville Rd, Loveland, OH 45140 with registration starting at 9:00 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. There will be an awards reception following the tournament beginning at 5:00 p.m.
