As announced in the press release of 1 July 2003, Mandamus Fastigheter
AB (publ) acquired a put option from, and issued a call option for,
Akelius Kontor AB with respect to 5,538,460 "B"-shares in Klövern AB.

·Rental income for the first half-year rose to SEK 465m (451m).

·Profit after tax amounted to SEK 56m (52m), including gains of

Mandamus has signed an agreement on the sale of its property stock in

DECLARATION OF INTENT REGARDING SALE OF
KARLSTAD STOCK

Today, Mandamus has signed a declaration of intent with respect to the
sale of the company's property stock in Karlstad. The stock comprises
some 41,200 m2 of commercial premises altogether, in 12 different
