Information from the Annual General Meeting
Mandamus Fastigheter AB (publ), which is quoted on the 'O' list of the
Stockholm Stock Exchange (under Attract 40, among the shares with the
highest turnover) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Stockholm on
Tuesday 17 June 2003.
Dividend
At the AGM, dividend for 2002 was set at SEK 2.00 per share in
accordance with the Board's proposal. The record day for the dividend is
23 June, and disbursement of dividend will take place through the agency
of VPC on 26 June 2003.
Confirmation of the number of Board members, election of the Board
The AGM resolved that the number of Board members should be raised from
five to six. Sievert Larsson, Hans Selling and Leif Zetterberg were re-
elected. Three new Board members -- Jan-Erik Höjvall, Hans Ragnarsson
and Anna-Maria Wikström -- were elected.
Confirmation of Board members' remuneration
The AGM resolved that the Board members' remuneration should be SEK
1,005,000. This amount will be divided by the Board among its elected
members.
Resolution on discharge from liability
The AGM granted discharge of the Board and the Managing Director, Anders
Johansson, from liability for the 2002 financial year.
Decision at the statutory Board meeting
At the statutory Board meeting following the AGM the Board decided to re-
elect Leif Zetterberg as Chairman of the Board, and to elect Jan-Erik
Höjvall as the Board's Vice Chairman.
