New Champion Retail Concept helps improve stockists’ profitability

Optimised Aerovantage range simplifies wiper-blade market, provides over 90% car parc coverage

Bradford, UK, 25th February 2015… Federal-Mogul Motorparts has announced the launch of its new, high-impact Champion® Retail Concept, which optimises its premium Aerovantage range to make buying wiper blades easier for consumers, whilst maximising revenue for resellers. A carefully chosen stocking profile forms part of a compact, visually striking display, which reaches in excess of 90% of the market.

The optimised Aerovantage stocking profile that forms the core of the concept covers 95% of the fast-growing flat-blade market, which now accounts for 40% of cars in the UK; and further reaches more than 90% of traditional, hybrid and rear applications. The concept is designed to minimise customer effort by using an integrated application guide for quick and easy product lookup. It also provides the additional reassurance of video fitting guides via the Champion mobile app which can be launched by scanning a QR code from either the point of sale or from the product packaging. The retailers can also be provided with additional warehouse stock to maintain the supply of less popular parts.
