MARTELA INITIATES CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS

Martela has today convened a meeting for statutory co-operation negotiations
concerning Martela Corporation and Muuttopalvelu Grundell Oy. 

The negotiations has been convened because the companies has a need to improve
the operation efficiency and to adjust their cost level better match against
the anticipated demand during 2013. 

The negotiations concern all employees in Martela Corporation and in
Muuttopalvelu Grundell Oy. The companies have today totally 485 employees.
Negotiations may lead to the maximum reduction of 9 persons and temporary
lay-offs of personnel for a maximum of 90 days.
