Botnia's result clearly improves on the previous quarter

Sales for the first nine months increased by 47 per cent over the previous
year's figures, amounting to EUR 971.1 million (1-9/05: EUR 659.0 million). The
volume of pulp sales rose by approximately 24 per cent to 1,877,000 tonnes.
Operating profit was EUR 151.8 million, showing a clear improvement on the
corresponding period in 2005 (EUR 25.5 million). This is attributable to higher
