Metsä Fibre's Joutseno pulp mill preparing for annual maintenance stoppage

Production will halt at the Joutseno pulp mill to facilitate annual maintenance work during week 40. The shutting down of normal production processes will proceed starting on Sunday 29 September.

Maintenance work will be performed during the stoppage by the mill's own personnel as well as by some 500 employees of our cooperation partners.  

A gradual restart of production operations will commence on Monday 7 October.
