Metsä Group press release, 15 December 2015

Metsä Wood will adjust production at its Suolahti spruce plywood mill in Finland in response to increased imports of cheap softwood plywood to its main markets in Europe. The adjustments will not involve statutory labour negotiations, as they will be carried out through holiday arrangements between Christmas and New Year. The adjustment will not affect deliveries agreed with customers.
