Metsäliitto Group Board continues unchanged

Metsäliitto Group Stock Exchange release 12 January 2011 at 13.00

In its subsequent constituent meeting, Metsäliitto Group Board of Directors elected M.Sc. (Forestry) Martti Asunta, 55, to continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2008. Metsäliitto Group President and CEO Kari Jordan was elected to continue as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Arto Hiltunen, Martti Asunta and Eino Halonen were selected for the Audit Committee.
Martti Asunta, Eino Halonen and Antti Tukeva were selected for the Compensation Committee.
