Mindmancer and Responda 113 signs partnership agreement
Mindmancer and the alarm receiving center Responda 113 in Finland have signed a partnership agreement. 113 will receive and evaluate alarms in Mindmancer’s alarm central network and manages centralized alarm handling and facility management for European markets. The process of alarm handling includes incident confirmation and dispatching of appropriate response in most cost efficient and suitable manner.
– The agreement with 113 is a direct result from our partnership work during the last year. 113 will be handling alarms for Finnish partner Turvatiimi.
