Moffat’s new roll under hot cupboards – a mobile option
Moffat has launched a range of roll under hot cupboards as part of its drop in series of food serveries and accessories. At 600mm high Moffat’s roll under hot cupboards can fit under any standard counter to provide heated storage for service counters, custom-built breakfast bars or buffets.
The new hot cupboards are fitted with castors, so they can not only be rolled out for cleaning but also wheeled to different service areas if required. This enables operators to develop a customised solution, providing an optimum food service layout that can change to suit demand.
Robustly built for heavy use, the hot cupboards have outer panels and tops made from satin polished stainless steel while the inner panels are bright polished stainless steel.
Top hung, sliding doors with recessed handles make access easy without taking up any extra space. The cupboards come complete with a rodded base shelf. Moffat’s energy-efficient Sahara fan heating system keeps the cupboards at constant temperatures.
No installation is necessary as the hot cupboards come complete with a 2m cable and 13 amp plug. There are four models in the range with widths from 850mm to 1750mm, power ratings are from 1kW to 2kW.
