Stanley Convergent Security Solutions (Stanley CSS), part of Stanley Black & Decker, announces the opening of its first European ProtectionNet Customer Service Centre in the United Kingdom, an industry leading data and monitoring centre that provides capacity to monitor over 50,000 customers across the UK.
Utilising Stanley’s global solutions platform to offer a comprehensive range of monitoring services, the new state-of-the-art Stanley ProtectionNet Customer Service Centre (PNC) provides customers with eManagement tools including Stanley’s industry-leading eServices. The new advanced monitoring platform has the capability of ECV (Enhanced Call Verification) traditional intrusion, Sonitrol Audio Verification and advanced Video Verification monitoring, in addition to Fire Alarm monitoring and managed access control services.

Among the new Stanley PNC services offered, Sonitrol Verified Electronic Security provides audio impact verified intrusion alarms for customers wanting comprehensive protection for all types of threats, fast police response and a high apprehension rate. Proven in tens of thousands of locations around the globe, the technology provides complete volumetric wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling impact activated audio verification protection. Once the sound of an intrusion is detected, the audio clip is immediately sent to Stanley’s ProtectionNet Centre where audio monitoring specialists review the recording and listen live to the local premise.
