Micronic receives order for a pattern generator for TFT applications Täby, Sweden, November 27, 2001 -- Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsbörsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading supplier of laser pattern generators for semiconductor and display photomasks, today announced that it has received an order from a leading Japanese photomask producer for a single beam pattern generator for TFT and color filter applications.
