MyFC publishes supplementary prospectus and extends subscription time in ongoing rights issue

The Board of Directors of MyFC Holding AB (publ) ("MyFC" or "The Company") has prepared a supplementary prospectus ("Supplementary Prospectus") to the prospectus regarding the invitation to acquire shares in MyFC Holding, which was approved and registered by Finansinspektionen on May 18, 2018 ("Prospectus").

The reason for the supplementary prospectus is that the Company announced in a press release on June 1, 2018 that the Company has received an order of 500 JAQ Hybrid from Japanese company Lightec. The Company further announced in a further press release on June 1, 2018 that the Company will attend the Almedalen Political Week with an integrated prototype of the range extender LAMINA REX.

Due to the additional information, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to extend the subscription period of the Company's current new issue, until June 11, 2018.

The supplementary prospectus, which has today been approved and registered by Finansinspektionen, must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus in all respects. The Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus is available on MyFC Holdings website www.myfcpower.com/investor-relations/prospect, on Hagberg & Aneborn Fondkommission's website (www.hagberganeborn.se); and on Finansinspektionen's website (www.fi.se).

Investors who prior to the announcement of the Supplementary Prospectus have signed up for or otherwise agreed to subscribe for shares in the offer are according to Chapter 2, Section 34 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991: 980), entitled to withdraw their notification or consent within two working days of the publication of the Supplementary Prospectus, that is, until June 11, 2018. Withdrawal shall be made in writing to Hagberg & Aneborn Fondkommission AB, Valhallavägen 124, SE-114 41 Stockholm or by e-mail to info@hagberganeborn.se.

Investors who have signed up for subscription of shares through a trustee and wish to withdraw their notification or consent to subscribe for shares should contact their trustee. Notification that is not revoked within the deadline will remain binding. Investors who wish to remain subscribers of shares need not take any action.
