Affitech A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen with effect from 22
October 2012. 

Thus, the last day of trading the Affitech shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen is
19 October 2012. 

Affitech is deleted at the company’s request and after the company’s major
shareholder, Trans Nova Investments Limited, has completed a new voluntary
conditional public purchase offer.
