Additional reason for the Observation status removed for AS “Latvijas
Zoovetapgade”

NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on February 14, 2013 to immediately remove the
additional reason for the observation status for AS “Latvijas Zoovetapgade”
(ZOV1R, ISIN code: LV0000100758 ), as the company has submitted its non-audited
financial report of 3 months, 2012. 

NASDAQ OMX Riga on June 1, 2012 supplemented the Observation status for AS
“Latvijas Zoovetapgade” with additional reason, as the company failed to submit
its financial report of 3 months, 2012. 

However, AS “Latvijas Zoovetapgade” is still under the Observation status, as
the company has permanent insolvency problems (Observation status applied on
July 29, 2010) and has not submitted its audited annual report of 2011
