Observation status to AS "Latvijas Zoovetapgade" supplemented with additional
reason

NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on September 3, 2012 to immediately apply an additional
reason for the applied observation status to AS "Latvijas Zoovetapgade" (ZOV1R,
ISIN code: LV0000100758) according to the  NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and
Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5. The observation status is
applied to AS "Latvijas Zoovetapgade" as of July 29, 2010 and was supplemented
with additional reason on May 2, 2012 and June 1, 2012. 

The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga
may assign Observation status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches
terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules. 

Observation status will be applied due to AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgade” failing to
submit its financial report of 6 months 2012 by September 3, 2012. The purpose
of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
