Resumption of trading in AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgade” shares

NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of January 2, 2013 to
resume the trading in AS “Latvijas Zoovetapgade” shares (ZOV1R, ISIN code:
LV0000100758). 

Continous trading with an open call auction will start at 12:20 (EET). Order
management will be possible at 12:10 (EET), continuous trading will start at
12:20 (EET). 

Company has submitted the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting held
on December 29, 2012, therefore the company has eliminated all reasons, based
on which trading was suspended.
