Adding watch notation to Arco Vara shares

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-01-14 09:04 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided to add the watch notation to the shares of Arco Vara
AS starting from today, January 14, 2013, based on the sections 3.5.4.7 and
3.5.4.8. of chapter Supervision of the rules and regulations. 

Based on sub-sections of the clause 3.5 of the chapter Supervision of NASDAQ
OMX Tallinn rules and regulations, the exchange has right to add a watch
notation to a share and to the trading information displayed on the web site to
draw the market participants' attention to significant circumstances related to
a security or an issuer. 

On January 11, 2013, Arco Vara announced revaluation of the group’s assets and
liabilities, that will decrease group’s net assets by 19.67 million euros.
Revaluation will have material effect on group’s financial performance for 2012
and its financial position as at 31 December 2012.
