TEO LT, AB informed, that on 5th of May, 2012 received announcement on the
intention of TeliaSonera AB (publ) to launch the voluntary takeover bid to
acquire 185 183 636 ordinary registered shares of the Issuer with vote right,
with nominal value LTL 1.00 each, which grant 23.84 per cent of shareholders of
the Issuer.
