NATTO: NEW SHARE CAPITAL REGISTERED

OSLO, NORWAY (21 December 2017) – Reference is made to the notice on 24th November 2017 about issue of shares to Synergia Life Sciences Pvt Ltd through a private placement.

The share capital increase has been registered and the company’s share capital is NOK 54,389,799 divided into 18,129,933 registered shares each with a nominal value of NOK 3.00.

The new shares will be admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as the shares are issued to the respective securities account, this is expected to be completed as soon as practically possible.
