Nederman acquires business in Turkey

Nederman buys the Nederman business of Havak Endüstri Tesisleri Tic. Ltd. Sti. in Turkey. Havak has for 20 years been a distributor of Nederman products on the Turkish market.

Through the acquisition Nederman obtains a well-established business that will constitute a base for bringing the full Nederman range of products and solutions to the Turkish market.

”Turkey is becoming an increasingly interesting market with considerable growth potential. The acquisition of Havak’s business is a fast way of entering the Turkish market, compared to building up a new business”, says Sven Kristensson, CEO and President Nederman.

The acquired business will be consolidated in the Nederman Group from January 10, 2012. In 2011 the company had sales of € 0.5 million with 3 employees.
