Record date for share split in Nederman determined
At the Annual General Meeting of Nederman Holding Aktiebolag on 19 April 2018, a share split was resolved upon meaning that each share will be split into three (3) shares.
According to the authorisation by the Annual General Meeting, the Board has today determined the record day for the share split.
The record date for the share split was determined to 17 May 2018.
Last day of trading in the Nederman share prior to the split is 15 May 2018. First day of trading in the Nederman share after the split is 16 May 2018. This means that the share price as from and including 16 May 2018 will reflect the effect of the split.
The share split will result in an increase of shares in the company from 11,715,340 to 35,146,020. The share split will result in a change of the share’s par value from SEK 0.1 to SEK 0.03.
As a result of the split, the share in Nederman will as from and including 16 May 2018 change ISIN code. The new ISIN code is SE0011204510.
The split of the company’s shares will be effected automatically via Euroclear Sweden AB and shareholders do not need to take any action.
