Nexam has received a notice of allowance from the European Patent Office (EPO) stating that it intends to grant Nexam’s European patent application relating to the crosslinker PETA.
PETA, a completely new molecule developed by Nexam, crosslinks polymer chains in different plastics via heat-activation. Examples of plastics include polyimides, nylons and polyesters.
