Bedford Laboratories (http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/02/16/idUS195327+16-Feb-2012+PRN20120216) has issued a recall for three lots of the injectable cancer drug Cytarabine.
The company issued the recall because an investigation has revealed that the manufacturing area had a “lack of sterility assurance.”
