New lettings in Fabege

Fabege and ProfilHotels are jointly refurbishing and developing the Central Hotel on Vasagatan 38. The hotel is being renovated and expanded by approximately 600 sqm, and the former Restaurang Biffi will also be integrated into the hotel operation. The let space will total approximately 3,540 sqm. Fabege and the Swedish Economic Crime Authority have entered into a six-year lease concerning premises in the Klamparen 10 property, Flemminggatan, Stockholm. The lease pertains to 1,230 sqm of office space and occupancy is scheduled for November 2012.

Carlsberg selects Arenastaden and Fabege for its new Swedish headquarters

In the Uarda 1 property, Carlsberg Sweden will lease 2,700 sqm of office space and occupancy will take place on 15 November 2012. The AIK Football Club, Onside Media and Svenska Idrottskliniken are also choosing to relocate to the Uarda 1 property. The combined annual rental value for these new tenants is SEK 10m. The Swedish Football Association and Svea Ekonomi are already confirmed tenants.

Swedish Football Association to relocate to Arenastaden, Solna

Fabege has signed a 15-year lease with the Swedish Football Association (SFA) pertaining to the Uarda 1 property in Arenastaden, in Solna outside Stockholm. The agreement encompasses about 4,550 sqm of office and production space, and occupancy is scheduled for November 2012.

The property, which will be fully renovated and have three floors added, is part of Fabege’s development project in Arenastaden.
