Tomas Klevbo, representing ÖstVäst Advisory AB will replace Daniel Röme as member of the Nomination Committee for Nexam Chemical Holding AB (publ).

After the constitution of the Nomination Committee was announced on the 16th of November 2018 ÖstVäst Advisory AB have contacted the Nomination Committee and informed that they directly and indirectly hold shares registered via a foreign trustee that represents about 3 percent of the total amount of shares in Nexam Chemical Holding AB (publ). For this reason, Daniel Röme, who hold shares representing about 2,2 percent of the total amount of shares in Nexam Chemical Holding AB (publ), has made his position in the Nomination Committee available for a member nominated by ÖstVäst Advisory AB and who in their turn have nominated Tomas Klevbo as their representative in the Nomination Committee

After the change the Nomination Committee consists of:

  •  Eva Gottfridsson Nilsson, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and nominated by Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB;
  •  Martin Lundin, nominated by Holm Invest AB (Lennart Holm); and
  •  Tomas Klevbo, nominated by ÖstVäst Advisory AB
