Panztel launch ‘eziTracker hm’ to meet demand for staff monitoring in the homecare sector
With an ever-increasing proportion of domiciliary care being contracted to independent home care providers, funding authorities require electronic verification of service provision. EziTracker hm, evolved from Panztel’s market leading eziTracker service, has been introduced to specifically meet this need.
18 August – Panztel have launched eziTracker hm, a development of the company’s market leading eziTracker monitoring service for remote workers. With an ever-increasing proportion of domiciliary care being contracted to independent home care providers, funding authorities required some form of electronic verification of service provision. Specifically developed to meet this need, eziTracker hm will alert management to any service breakdown whilst safeguarding care workers.
The service uses the telephone network and data capture technology to provide real time information on the whereabouts of social care workers, enabling management to fully and effectively monitor remote staff including those employed by independent home care providers.
