Siljan Industrier AS, a company owned by Arne Reinemo, chairman of the board of NextGenTel AS, has 26 April 2013 purchased 250,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 21.50 per share. After this transaction, Arne Reinemo controls a total of 841,002 shares in Telio Holding ASA.

Creo Foundation AS, a company owned by Erik Osmundsen, chairman of the board of Telio Holding ASA, has 26 April 2013 purchased 100,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 21.50 per share. After this transaction, Creo Foundation AS owns a total of 615,502 shares in Telio Holding ASA.

Eirik Lunde,CEO of Telio Holding ASA, has 26 April 2013 purchased 27,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 21.50 per share. After this transaction, Eirik Lunde owns a total of 134,252 shares and 280,000 share options in Telio Holding ASA.

Prosperis Invest AS, a company owned by Tom Nøttveit, CFO of Telio Holding ASA, has 26 April 2013 purchased 10,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 21.50 per share. After this transaction, Prosperis Invest AS owns a total of 57,500 shares in Telio Holding ASA. In addition, Tom Nøttveit holds 75,000 share options.
