Nixu, a European cybersecurity company, widens offering for digital identities by acquiring Amsterdam headquartered Expert Solution Support Center BV
Cybersecurity company Nixu expands its service offering and customer base by acquiring Expert Solution Support Center BV (“ESSC”) that offers support services for managing digital identities worldwide.
Nixu's strategic goal is to become a holistic cybersecurity partner for its clients headquartered in Northern Europe. As part of this objective, Nixu is building a strong service offering of scalable and continuous services. ESSC brings in extensive experience of service-based deliveries, increases the share of continuous revenue, and expands extensively Nixu’s international network.
In this arrangement Nixu Corporation, a focused cybersecurity company headquartered in Helsinki, buys the entire stock of Expert Solution Support Center BV, specialized in digital identity management support solutions and product support services. The CEO of ESSC, Menno Doorenspleet, who is also one of the owners of the company, joins Nixu and continues in his current role. The revenue of ESSC was around 3.1 MEUR during its last fiscal year and is growing strongly. ESSC is headquartered in Amsterdam and has operations in the United States, Romania and Australia. ESSC and its team of professionals join Nixu as a new business unit focusing on support services.
