The general assembly of Njord Gas Infrastructure AS
has today resolved to support the Board of Directors'
proposal for a dividend payment of NOK 9.66 per
share, which amounts to a total dividend payment of
NOK 88,305,767 to the shareholder. The payment will
be effectuated on or about 7 May 2013.
