NJORD - Interim financial statements for first half of 
2012 

Njord Gas Infrastructure AS has today published its 
interim financial statements for first half of 2012.

Attached as appendixes to this announcement are the 
interim financial reports for Njord Gas Infrastructure 
AS and for the consolidated Njord Gas Infrastructure 
Group. The consolidated interim financial report 
includes the interim financial statements of the 
parent company - Njord Gas Infrastructure Holding AS.
