Canica – Increased ownership in Arcus ASA

On 12 June 2018 Canica acquired 32,318 shares in Arcus ASA at an average price of NOK 41.7867 per share (and highest NOK 41.95).

Following this acquisition, Canica holds 22,708,318 shares in Arcus, corresponding to 33.374 per cent of the issued shares.

Canica intends to make a mandatory offer for the remaining shares in Arcus in accordance with the provisions of chapter 6 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. Such offer will be made within four weeks from the date hereof.
