Canica now owns 40.01 percent of Arcus

Canica received acceptances for 4,512,963 shares under the offer which expired 2 August 2018, corresponding to approximately 6.63 per cent of the issued shares.

Together with the 22,702,318 shares already owned by Canica, Canica will following completion of the offer own a total of 27,215,281 shares, corresponding to approximately 40.01 per cent of the issued shares in Arcus.
