Canica will offer NOK 45 per Arcus share

The acceptance period for the offer commences on 5 July 2018, and will expire on 2 August 2018 at 17:30 (CET).

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Canica AS on 12 June 2018 whereby Canica notified an ownership of 33.374 per cent of the shares in Arcus ASA and its intention to make a mandatory offer for the remaining shares in Arcus in accordance with chapter 6 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
