Oslo, 28. April 2011: IT Fornebu Properties ASA ("Selskapet" - OSE: IPROP) offentliggjør, i forlengelsen av Selskapets børsmelding 28. april 2011, at Selskapet har mottatt godkjennelse fra Finanstilsynet av prospekt vedrørende tilbudet av minimum 31 250 000 og maksimum 35 416 667 nye aksjer (bruttoproveny på mellom NOK 450 millioner og NOK 510 millioner) og et nedsalg av minimum 31 250 000 og maksimum 51 398 981 eksisterende aksjer (bruttoproveny på mellom NOK 450 millioner og NOK 837,8 millioner), i tillegg til påfølgende notering av Selskapets aksjer på Oslo Børs (alternativt Oslo Axess).

Selskapet har også gitt tilretteleggerne en overtildelingsfasilitet på inntil ca 10 % av aksjene som blir allokert i tilbudet, oppad begrenset til 8 680 000 aksjer, med en greenshoe‑opsjon til stabiliseringsagenten.

Det indikative prisintervallet er fra NOK 14,40 til NOK 16,30 per aksje.

Bestillingsperioden i den institusjonelle transjen er fra og med 2. mai 2011 til klokken 16:00 CET den 13. mai 2011. Bestillingsperioden for forbrukertransjen er fra og med 2. mai 2011 til klokken 12:00 CET den 13. mai 2011. Bestillingsperioden for begge transjene kan forlenges.  Tilretteleggerne i tilbudet er Pareto Securities AS og First Securities AS.

Prospektet vil være tilgjenglig på Selskapets hjemmeside www.itfornebu.no og på hjemmesidene til Pareto Securities AS www.pareto.no og First Securities AS www.first.no. Samtidig vil prospektet også være vederlagsfritt tilgjenglig ved forretningskontorene til Selskapet på Fornebu samt Pareto Securities AS og First Securities AS i Oslo.
