Wilson har inngått avtale med det tyske rederiet
Hartmann om kjøp av 2 bulkskip.

Wilson har inngått avtale med rederiet Hartmann om
kjøp av:
- MV Garmo - 4.260 dwt, bygget i 1994
- MV Laura Helena - 4.260 dwt, bygget i 1993

Samlet kjøpesum er avtalt til EUR 9.625.000 og
overtagelse av skipene forventes i januar-februar
2008. Ved overtagelse vil skipene bli gitt Wilson-
navn.

Begge skipene seiler p.t. for Wilson som TC-skip
og vil fortsette som en integrert del av
selskapets flåte etter overtagelse.

Etter gjennomføring av transaksjonen vil Wilson
operere en flåte på 109 skip hvorav 77 er
eiermessig kontrollert av selskapet.
