Nolato’s 2013 Annual General Meeting

Nolato’s Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday.

Dividend:
The meeting resolved in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors to pay a dividend of SEK 6.00 per share, of which SEK 3.50 is an ordinary dividend and SEK 2.50 is an extra dividend. The dividend record date is Tuesday 30 April 2013, and the dividend will be issued by Euroclear Sweden on 6 May.

Very strong quarter for Nolato

All of Nolato’s business areas performed very strongly in the first quarter of 2013. Group sales increased 50% to SEK 1,254 million (837), operating profit (EBITA) rose to SEK 122 million (57) and earnings per share increased to SEK 3.23 (1.41). The Nolato Telecom business area increased sales by a full 118% thanks to stellar consumer demand for many new models in the quarter.

Nolato’s best year yet

In todays year-end report, Nolato reports an increase in sales by 30% to SEK 3,874 million (2,977) for the full year 2012. Operating profit (EBITA) rose by 52% to SEK 303 million (199) and earnings per share were SEK 7.68 (5.02). Strong sales and profit trend

In today’s interim report for the third quarter of 2012, Nolato reports a strong performance for both sales and profit. Group sales increased 39% to SEK 999 million (718). Operating profit (EBITA) rose to SEK 84 million (54) and earnings per share rose to SEK 1.98 (1.37).

Christer Wahlquist continues in his role as President of Nolato Medical

The change in management at Nolato Medical that was announced on 15 May 2012 will not be taking place. Christer Wahlquist will therefore continue in his capacity as President of the business area.

Strong development for all business areas

In today’s six-month interim report 2012, Nolato reports strong development for all business areas. The Group’s sales rose by 37% to SEK 1,046 million (766), operating income (EBITA) increased to SEK 81 million (53) and earnings per share increased to SEK 2.05 (1.33).

Changes to Nolato's Group management

Nolato’s Group management will undergo a change in October 2012, when ­Nolato’s President Hans Porat – alongside his role as CEO – takes over the position of Head of Nolato Medical Business Area from Christer Wahlquist, who has decided to ­accept a position outside the Nolato Group. Positive development for all business areas

In today’s year-end report, Nolato has reported sales for the first quarter of 2012 of SEK 837 million (759), representing a 10% increase. Operating profit (EBITA) was up 30% to SEK 57 million (44) and earnings per share rose to SEK 1.41 (1.06).
