Company Announcement No. 55, 2017 - Result of the auction of covered mortgage bonds in Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab.

Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab has today completed the auction of covered mortgage bonds (SDRO) to refinance floating rate loans by 1 July 2017. At the auction bonds with a nominal amount of DKK bn 14.8 were sold at price 100.20. The bid to cover was 3.65.

The auction resulted in a deduction to the fixing spread of the CIBOR6M interest rate of 0.12 %-points. This deduction will be valid for the whole maturity of the bond.

The coupon for the ISIN-code DK000203858-7 NDACIBOR6OA21RF will in the period 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2017 be 6 month CIBOR quoted on 27 June 2017 multiplied by 365/360 less the deduction of 0.12 %-points (the auction result).
