Oy Lival Ab owns 100 % of the shares in Nordic Aluminium Plc

Not to be published in Australia, South-Africa, Japan, Canada and the United
States.

Pursuant to information received by Nordic Aluminium Plc ("Nordic Aluminium")
on 14 December 2012, in connection with the squeeze-out proceedings of minority
shares in Nordic Aluminium, Oy Lival Ab (“Lival”) has delivered the required
security to the possession of the special representative for the minority
shareholders pursuant to the interim decision of the Arbitral Tribunal on 10
December 2012.

As a result of the arrangement, by virtue of the Section 6 (1) of the Chapter
18 of the Companies Act, Lival is considered as an owner of all shares in
Nordic Aluminium to be redeemed in the squeeze-out proceedings.

NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy has, upon Nordic Aluminium’s request, decided to remove
the shares in Nordic Aluminium from the Helsinki stock exchange listing as the
title to all shares...
