Nordic Aluminium Plc's employee negotiations


Nordic Aluminium Plc will start employee negotiations in compliance with the
Act onCooperation. These negotiations will be held to adapt the Company's
operations to thecurrent market situation, to the expected operational and
economical prospects,and harmonize practices within the Group. 
These negotiations will affect employees at Kirkkonummi and Nivala premises
andthe possible effects are approximately 22 persons. These negotiations will
starton October 15, 2012.
