CFO subscribes for shares in the Subsequent Offering

CFO Lars K. Grøndahl has today through his company Magil AS subscribed 50,000 shares in the ongoing Subsequent Offering in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 3.20 per share. Magil AS has been allocated 43,122 subscription rights and will receive 43,122 shares in the issue. In addition, Magil AS may be allocated up to 6,878 shares based on the subscription for shares without subscription rights.

Magil AS owns 1,300,000 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.

Further, Lars K. Grøndahl through Magil AS has been awarded an option to buy 466,666 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 4.08 per share and an option to buy 100,000 shares at a price of NOK 8.16 per share. The options may be exercised until 18 May 2018.
